PROCEDURE
- Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
- Clearly mention name of the company and location with municipal no and Service Provider of internet
- Documents to be enclosed
- Latest Municipal Permission
- Lease agreement
- Site Plan
- Rent Receipts
- Tax receipts
- NOC from Fire Dept
- Certificate from BSNL if telephone installed
- NOC from neighbourers
- Undertaking regarding not installing gambling machines
- ID proof and Residential Proof of organizers
- Full particulars of configuration of server and clients installed
- Partnership deed
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
- Indemnity Bond
- IT returns if any
- Fees payable
- Rs.60/- for service charges by e.Seva besides following fee
- Fresh license fee Rs.2,000/=
- Annual Renewal fee Rs.1,000/=
- Submit to eSeva Centre
- Licence will be issued after 45 days from CP Office
